Return Process

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the camera and all original accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
